How does one build a dictionary from scratch

database dictionaries.

In version 8.39.C, there's a utility named ITOP that should do it if you're
trying to create a dictionary from an IMAGE database. I don't know if it was
carried over to the version you're running.

Ha, That brings back memories...I had the same problem

I think I pulled the dictionary from the Powerhouse group into my group and
over wrote it with my new one.
Good luck. It was a pain.
