migrating from mpe -> unix

We are migrating from mpe (image) to unix (eloquence).
The system is all Powerhouse, except for 2 Cobols.
We had no problems with Powerhouse, but for the 2 Cobols we get the message:
          "DBOPEN: Program missing or inaccessible"
Where do we have to tel Cobol, where to find the Eloquence libraries, like 
DBOPEN, DBCLOSE, DBGET, etc.   ?
