ACCESS statement does not work - VERY URGENT

Thanks David,

I have migrated this code from PH/MPEIX and AXIANT 4GL/PH 4GL/ WINDOWS.
I don't have much knowledge of the PH/MPEIX .
The code (without special GET statement) seems to be valid in the former.
