Trap the writing of a file in a directory in Powerhouse

I have seen similar applications on both VMS and MPEiX where an external source FTPs a file into some host directory.  In the apps I have seen, a self-submitting batch file was set up to "poll" or look for the file.  When the file was found, the event triggered another batch process, e.g. maybe a conversion routine to convert the ASCII text file to a subfile for processing by PH.  If not found, the job submits itself to run again in whatever time interval desired.  DCL handles this nicely on VMS and JCL handles it nicely on MPEiX .
