Short cut keys in PH

Hi Friends,
   
  First of all thanks to Ken for his inputs on the language issue which I had posted. With his inputs and my R&D I could solve the problem.
   
  Now I am facing one issue in my apllication. In my screens I could see the short cut keys for navigating ( eg:- page up to go to the previous Screen, F4 for exiting through power house screens etc........) 
   
  But when I try to use them, they does not work. is there any setting in PH which will allow you to add your short cut keys for navigation.
   
  For your info :- I am using COGNOS 8.43D
  Platform :-       Solaris 9
