Cognos and Speedware Announcement

I'm puzzled why Cognos would do this partnership. Speedware seems to be 
a competitor, and enabler of migration allowing the discontinued use of 
Cognos products. All I know of Speedware is from their web page, which 
has two minimal references (via their search page) to Cognos. Are their 
tools repackaged Cognos tools? Can anyone fill in the mystery.

As for why this announcement didn't make this list earlier and did make 
the two mentioned. Perhaps that is because Speedware highlights that 
they are specialist in migrating from the HP3000 to the HP9000. This 
list is more general regarding hardware & OS platforms.
