also, if this is simply an upgrade of VMS I should'nt think that you will 
notice any major differences - so RMS access should'nt be a problem - nor 
PHWeb as this is available in PH 8.1.thru 8.4. What makes you think you need 
to migrate to Oracle ( apart from the massive performance improvement ) 
which you presumably don't need or you would already be on Oracle.
