PH WEB Dispatcher Sudden Shutdown

Never seen that error. I suggest contacting Customer Support and providing details so that we can trace things.

What about occasionally we have encountered the following error message from PH Server:-
The request failed: An input-output error occurred while writing-to or reading-from the PH server.
 
Is this also caused by memory leaks?
Any thing we can tune on the IIS 6.0 to reduce this error to prevent recurring ?

Hi Guys,
 
Anyone experiencing PH Web Dispatcher suddenly being shutdown or terminated?
It doesn't have a fixed number of days it will be terminated, sometimes 2 days and sometime more than 2 weeks or more than a month.
 
We are running on Windows 2003 SP1, IIS 6 and PH Web 8.4D1 and Axiants 4GL 3.4D1.
