Linking two Indexed Subfiles (HP)

We be in 8.19.C3.

This was a new thing written the fly.  It was something I noticed while trying to get it to work.  Note we have success, it is just the method was not anticipated.

Note the files were RELEASEd.  So cross-account access should not have been a problem.
