Why anyone in their right mind would want to replace a proper OS with
Bill's finest is completely beyond me.

Sure our version of PH is a bit behind the times (6.07F) but we have
never found ourselves wanting for functionality, and what we may have
lost there we more than make up for with all the other "stuff" that
comes with the iSeries OS and DB2.

And just as an aside what other platform allows you to treat EVERY file
on the machine as a subfile if you want to - we make extensive use of
the following style of QTP code snippet to refresh the various
environments:

Access *production/datafile
Select < records .
Output datafile (the one to be refreshed)

Hey, I'm jealous!  You can only use one subfile (the primary ACCESS
file) on the AS/400 version of PowerHouse!
