Powerhouse Wikipedia Entry

Does anyone know the speed really applicable to this part of the entry.

"PowerHouse had an extraordinary appetite for CPU cycles. On machines 
that usually ran at speeds considerably less than 40GHz this commonly 
produced a visibly negative impact..."

I'm sure it shouldn't be 40GHz. But should it be 4 or 40 Mhz?
