Just a thought, but you don't say if you have Cisam access; if not, you will
have to set the axticrs (possibly AXTICRS) variable to point to the correct
flat file equivalent which you will find in or below the qkgo folder in the
PH folder,
e.g. AXTICRS=$PH_QKGO_LOCATION/resource/tic_vt200;export AXTICRS
above is a vt200 specific setup but there is probably a HP specific version.
Also, do you have the TERM environment variable set.
Regards, Joe.

Subject: Error with TERMINAL-GROUP qkgo
Dear All,
migrating from MPE / IMAGE / KSAM to PH 843D under UX and Eloquence.
After some tricky installation issues (and help from the list and Cognos
support) we now run Eloquence, PHD, PH components, and are happily
compiling away.... QUIZ and QTP at least...the Qdesign part resists with
the following:
No port information found.
Terminal type=
so I enter: HP700/92
and up comes
*Error opening TERMINAL-GROUP qkgo file.
Yes, I have created a default QKGO including TIC files - I just can't
find out what this error is telling me. Anyone come across that one
before? Installation omittance again? Many thanks in advance!
