Error on PH_IMAGE_LIB ?

Dear All,

migrating from MPE / IMAGE / KSAM at a client's site (PH 843D under UX)
we have successfully installed Eloquence and managed to create an
errorfree PHD - so far so good! Using Quiz to access the file MW-D,
however, gave the following result

*E* Data access error. (MW-D)
*E* PH_IMAGE_LIB does not specify a valid library. (MW-D) 

On MPE, I would have assumed some mistake with the db location....but
what does that library error tell me? No luck with scanning the Cognos
docs, website, and Google...

Any ideas would be appreciated.
