+ sign question in Axint 4GL ThinClient

The + is the QUICK data field command to activate a popup list. It's
available on MPE/iX just like all the other platforms. It tries to
activate the popup ONLY if you enter it on its own. In other words, type
+ immediately followed by Enter/Return. If you enter the + followed by
digits, it should be taken as data (i.e. a plus sign). This should work
the same on MPE/iX as any other platform.

	I have an application migrated from PH/MPEIX to
AXIANT4GL/WINDOWS (ThinClient).
	 
	I have a field in a screen that accepts -/+ (Minus and Plus).
	It works well in MPEIX.
	But in axiant, i could not enter + sign. But - (minus), I could.
	 
	Is there any special meaning for +? I am getting an information
message like 'Popup is not permitted for this field'.
	 
	Can anyone please give me some idea about this issue?
	 
	I'll appreciate any effort to address my issue.
