Roger,

I was just reviewing the fixes between PH versions 8.43D Build 1965.3 to 
8.43D1 Build 2197.10 and found Problem Report (bug) 452591 for all 
platforms in Qdesign described as; "*d* The occurrence count exceeds the 
defined occurrence for this file".

So perhaps what you triggered was an old bug even affecting the 7.10.G1 
version you have.
