Axiant 4GL - Tool Bar not appearing

Dear Gurus,
 I'm working with PH / AXIANT4GL / WINDOW.
I have deployed the application to be tested.
 It appears to have 2 'standard' toolbars with different buttons in
development.
One has a 'Open' and a 'What is this' buttons.
The other one has all the buttons related to screen operations viz. Find,
Add, Delete, Update etc.
 When I run the application from my machine, I can find both of the standard
tool bars.
 When I run the application from the client's machine (where only Axiant 4GL
Client is installed), only the former toolbar is appearing.
The toolbar with the screen operations is not appearing.
 *NOTE: All the objects are in the server (including the screens (.qkf)
files - they are in a shared folder)*
I'll apperciate any attempt to solve my issue.
