does anyone know if there are calls that can emulate vms lexical like
functions of any kind on windows/NT, or is the DOS range of DCL like
commands all there is ? and if there are 'Windows programming calls' of any
kind, what are they typically used for and how are they invoked from PH
screens/scripts ?
