What is the current DBMS?  If a RDBMS like Oracle Rdb
then the process will be relatively simple though SQL
Server doesn't have the same feature set and grunt of
Rdb.  If RMS ISAM files then you may have a bit of
work to do depending on the design of your data
structure and naming conventions.

There are a number of OpenVMS specific syntax items in
PH that are not easily transferable to WinNT.  DCL
scripts will have to be re-written in DOS although
there is a DCL like scripting language available for
DOS that you could use.

OpenVMS mailboxes have no equivalent in WinNT.  The
closest thing would be some messaging service such as
a COM object or web services.  I don't know how these
would integrate with PH though.
