Example PH Web sites

OK, thnx.  Can you explain why the "View", "Source" menu option gets greyed
out when we started using SSL?  We didn't do anything to specifically do
this.

When I run our test web pages with identical urls EXCEPT for the HTTPS/HTTP,
the source viewing button is disabled/enabled.

This is an incorrect statement.  SSL does not prevent you from viewing 
the HTML source.  It just ensures that the communication between the 
"Secure" site and the "designated" browser is encrypted.
