Putting a pause in Quick

Quick releases locks at specific processing points. 
Accepting input from or sending output to the terminal will release
locks.
Therefore using an INFO, WARN or ERR verb to send messages to the
terminal will cause locks to release.
Locks are not dropped during calls to external routines or command
processing. (DO EXTERNAL or RUN COM)
