Quiz question (.txt extension)

how about going for export 
mbar0023="$AMISYS_SPOOL/${AMISYS_JOBNUM}_mbar0023" and then renaming 
$AMISYS_SPOOL/${AMISYS_JOBNUM}_mbar0023.txt produced by quiz to
$AMISYS_SPOOL/${AMISYS_JOBNUM}_mbar0023.rpt.

It looks like quiz has been designed to always add a .txt filke extention - 
or could this be a bug ?
