PowerHouse keywords

Since I primarily work on UNIX these days, I use VIM. It is a more
powerful editor than VI on the UNIX platform.

Of course I still think EDT was the best editor ever made. And yes you
can get EDT for the PC from Boston Business Computing, but you have to
pay for it. I prefer FREE

Vim also has coloured keywords, very easy to add yourself since it is a
text file.

I personally use UltraEdit (www.ultraedit.com) and it has the ability to
make your own colour coded syntax highlighter scripts, for any language
you want. I think they have a huge selection, including Powerhouse from
their website.

Bob

I've used TextPad chez Blue and thought it was kind of neat.

This time the request is for PSPad. And yes, it would like the keywords
split by type as you suggest.

Seems like something Cognos should put on the tape or CD with each
version
:-)

John, which editor is it? I know that TextPad has a PowerHouse syntax
colouring file, but it's a bit out of date. Do you know if they need a
simple list of keywords or a list split by type of keyword (command,
option, function, etc).

Unfortunately, none of the manuals are complete. The last set of manuals
is version 8.3. After that it was New Features books and Release Notes.

However, if it's a simple list, I may be able to generate one from the
syntax tables.

Has anybody got a source for a list of PowerHouse keywords that they'd
like to share?

This is for use in one of those syntax colouring editors that the script
kiddies love so much. Me, I still like my green screen :-)
