'Data has been changed but not updated'

This may mean that you have changed a record buffer
but you have not issued a PUT to the change.
You may not care if the PUT got done or not but
PowerHouse does. Solution: Issue a PUT on the
changed record buffer.

On the MPE/iX box some people have file equated
a PowerHouse open name to the bit bucket. And
hence a PUT on that  structure would do nothing
but change the recordstatus of the buffer.

FILE X OPEN Y
MPE/iX command
FILE Y=$NULL
QUICK

PUT X ; sent record to bit bucket and reset recordstatus
