Spool File Capturing

Hi All,
Does anybody know of any software packages out there that can be used to capture spool files from a hp3000 into a bmp or txt format, so they can be easily transported to a pc. I'm looking for something a bit more user friendly then say transferring them using a terminal emulator such as Reflections
