I used my Yahoo account to subscribe to this list
partly because it automatically scans attachments for
viruses. I don't have to worry about keeping any
antivirus software up to date - the folks at Yahoo do
it for me. If I remember correctly, they use the
Symantec/Norton software. I presume GMail and Hotmail
do something similar.
