Hi Olav,
to be fair to the list, and Bob, the emails probably did'nt come through the
list. Originally I assumed they did because I don't generally get emails
from Bob unless the list sends them to me :-)
I can't now be sure where the emails came from because I removed the macafee
containment files using viruscan; since that time I can no longer see the
details because ( presumably ) spamkiller was allowing me to view the files
that viruscan has now removed.
If I get any more attacks I'll get more detail before having the viruses
removed - but fingers crossed there won't be any more ;-(

To avoid these type of problems in the future, why not strip all non
TEXT attachments from any email going through the list.
