2 Gig limit

[Deskin, Bob]

Sorry to burst any bubbles, but the REAL Bob Deskin is definitely NOT very operating system knowledgeable, at least not compared to some of the folks on this list. I used to be an MPE/V system manager but that was a long time ago. I don't do too badly with Windows. My UNIX and OpenVMS are fair as a user.

I know BD can speak for himself but I suspect he is referring to my comment
'that the Unix environment has to be tweaked to allow larger than 2Gig
files'. 
My understanding was than Unix has default partition sizes of around 2 Gig,
or something along those lines, and this will have to be adjusted also.
