Powerhouse Oracle Question

I'm not absolutely sure that this is the cause of the error, but you
appear to be trying to parse a new statement (ACCESS) in QTP using a
run-time license. Under the run-time license you can only execute
pre-parsed ATP runs built with a full-development version. The fatal
error might be caused by an exception in the code that checks for valid
licensing not being handled properly. Try the same thing from your
development license and see if the same thing happens.

I am having a connection problem when using QTP with the following

-PowerHouse  8.20.D

-Oracle9i Enterprise Edition Release 9.2.0.6.0

-OpenVMS V7.3-2
