Error while executing QTP - Memory fault (invalid address).

Dear Gurus,
The following code seems to generate the error
subfile $UEV_SUBFILE_PATH\CW620SF8 keep include &
CW620SF4
The subfile CW620SF8 seems to get created. But doesn't contain any data.
Any help to resolve my issue will be appreciated.
