EDIT procedure for fields in cluster?

I'm from the 'old school' where floats always caused a problem when testing
for precise values; this way I don't need to know if size returns an integer
or otherwise.
- also, it's force of habit and rarely causes a problem :)

Why do you use 0.5 rather than zero? I would expect that SIZE returns 
integers. Have you seen a problem with using zero?
