Topic drift: Chad confetti prank

Those little chads really could create quite a mess...

I remember one time when a co-worker went on vacation that the office 
prankster filled his trash can full of the chads, covered it with a 
large piece of cardboard, turned it upside down,  placed it on the 
fellow's desk, and slipped out the cardboard. When the co-worker 
returned from vacation...well, you can imagine what happened next.
