Hi,

We are in the early stages of migrating a client from PowerHouse and Image on the HP3000 to Axiant and SQL Server on the Windows platform. Results so far are encouraging although there is still a lot to do. One thing our client requires during the testing phase is the ability to copy the data entered into the HP3000 system to the SQL server in real-time (or close to it). This is so that we can test that the new Axiant/SQL system is giving the same results as the original system on the HP3000. Manual entry of the data into the two systems is not an option.

We have considered the Taurus Bridgeware product but their prices are very very high particularly when it will be used once for between 6 and 8 weeks, if all goes well. 

Does anyone out there know of any cost-effective alternatives?
