even if you mapped only the problem/large tables in the copy database, you
could use syntax like that below - as long as you use 'subdict=search' the
compilers should fall through to the second database when searching for
tablenames not mapped in the first ( you would have only the live database
mapped in the live dictionary )
database smallDB...
database alltablesDB ...
