PH Interbase Licensing Errors

I'm sure that Cognos will discuss problems with any version of PH including
Interbase, and that they will look in their knowledge database for related
information ( at least this is the line we were given when speaking to a
Cognos account manager). The only thing they can't do is supply a fix for
no longer supported products.
