No Duplicate in Quick

Yes, there is a NODUPLICATE option available at the field level, if memory
(fuzzy, I'm over 40) serves me correctly.  Check the manual.

In Quick is there a way to turn off the ability to use the duplicate command
(underline key) in just 2 fields on a screen.  I want the duplicate to work
normally for the rest of the fields, but not allow it to be used in just 2
fields on the screen?  

I am using Powerhouse 8.19.C3 on an HP3000.
