Thanks, I notified the Cognos sales people I was directed to.  I'll let them sort it out.  I know they have a pile of Cognos licenses around here.  I generated a Cognos royality fee report for someone the other day which was interesting.  Anyway, I don't think PowerHouse WEB is any of them but I may be wrong.  Maybe they can take the customer number and figure it out.
