The Powerhouse component (be it quick, or quiz or qtp etc. perhaps even qshow I think also)
just dies with an resonably decent error message (something like "exceeded licence limit..." or
something, when you try to start it.
Our user base is growing (!!!) and we're trying to address the issue by either controlling
access or increasing licenses before it becomes an issue. I'm sure that in the past I've seen
some sort of warning message, with Powerhouse refusing to start for any new sessions over the
limit. Is that still the case?

Yes, it is NOT the number of different vms users that is counted.... It is the number of
'powerhouse processes' executing concurrently that is counted. This includes batch jobs as well
as interactive processes.
