a couple more options.
1.
try editing your license so that it contains only the two feature lines
below, this is usually ok for temporary keys; I recall that there was an
issue with the syntax in one of the first two lines and they arn't needed
anyway. Also you don't need the licence manager running when you have
temporary keys.
FEATURE PH8-TEMPORARY cognos1d 1.000 31-DEC-2004 0 CZOGOCODFE
"0057190090COGNOS INC. NI DEMO" DEMO
FEATURE PHWEB-TEMPORARY cognos1d 1.000 31-DEC-2004 0 ZWDREVOWKB
"0057190090 COGNOS INC. NI DEMO" DEMO
2.
If the problem is case related you could add a table with tablename and
columnnames all in upper case and try to access that; or try the command
below which avoids typing any object name,
qshow subdict=search
> show file detail
> show database detail
or
quiz subdict=search
> show file
> show database
and then attempt access using the case as output from the above.
P.S. I think I had to setup the System DSN for access when running batch
files via the windows AT command to call quick, quiz, qtp or axiant in batch
queues. Also needed if you run a netd or dispatcher.
Regards, Joe.

Thanks Jeff
To my knowledge and in my experience SQLServer is case insensitive unless
explicitly set so. I my case it is not.
