John, I blame you for teaching me how to write better faxes (to Cognos
Support in Canada) many years ago - a skill that continues to be very useful
to me, especially in my emails - and also for once giving me a list of
phrases to practise when I went to Scotland, of which the only one I can
remember off the cuff is "Awheyand bill ya heed", which I think you said was
some sort of polite greeting :-).
Oh yes, and of course starting me with PowerHouse, which I happily continue
to use to this day.
