I thought so.
What about the web delivered product. Does Powerhouse Web support
multi-level Fkeys?

PowerHouse will support multi-level function keys but the labels are the
issue. Labels for function keys are dependant on using HP terminals or an
equivalent emulator. Having multi-level function keys without the labels can
be very confusing for the user. So if you're using Reflection as an HP
terminal, it all should work.

I have worked with Powerhouse extensively since the early 80's, mostly on
the HP3000 but I had a couple of multi-year contracts on HPUX and also an
Alpha box.
One of the guy's here said he was told that only one level of function keys
are available on UNIX Powerhouse. None of the UNIX clients I worked for had
utilized function keys, so I can't say for sure. I just always assumed that
Powerhouse would support the keys if they were there (Reflections for
HP/Minisoft etc).
Is this true?
Is UNIX and/or Windows Powerhouse limited to 1 level of function keys?
