NetBase does a low level intercept of the HP IO intrinsics
If data is to be wriiten or read to or from another computer it sent
via TCP.
I have seen NetBase and InterBase lock horns especially
when the NetBase scheduler( i think that is what it is called )
starts looking for work to do.
I think any process that also generates a lot of network traffic
could be in trouble with NetBase on board.
I would check out
