My employer has expressed a strong interest in an interim staff
expansion.
Our requirements are not too steep - we need a person who can work some
home-grown COBOL code that requires modifications and enhancements.



The ideal candidate will have 7+ years in an hp COBOL environment.
Cognos expertise would be welcome, but not a requirement.



We don't have canned apps, or the more exotic 3rd party products.  What
we do have is an immediate need for someone who can work off of specs,
who knows when to ask questions, and when to figure things out on their
own!



We're located in the O'Hare Airport area of metro Chicago, and are only
interested in local folks.



We're comfortable offering up a 3-6 month commitment of 40 hour weeks
<normal business hours>.  Beyond the initial commitment, we would
possibly look to a somewhat shorter work week <20-30 hours>.
