Print a checkbox in Quiz

That has limited possibilities. Every browser I've used seems to have 
different printing characteristics. I've even seen the last few letters 
of a line not be printed. They also decide on their own when to perform 
page breaks and line wraps. Even with heavy CSS use, your not guaranteed 
how a document will look. The interpreter (usually a browser) has its ideas.
