PH Web and BLOBS

[Johnson, Harold A EDUC:EX]

We are actually using the blob fields to store images in PDF format.
Currently, using PH for VMS and Reflections, we can extract the blob and
display it on Windows using Adobe reader.   As I understand it however, the
DO BLOB doesn't exist under PH Web, so I'm looking for another method to
allow us to extract and display these PDF's over the web.

local editing capablitity.
