duplicate key detected

Hello,

When trying to create a new record in powerhouse dictionnary I receive the
following error:
Data access error. (O-FILE*01)
%RMS-F-DUP, duplicate key detected (DUP not set)

In the other dictionnaries we don't seem to have the same problem.

We're using Powerhouse 7.10.G on a OpenVMS system.

Can anyone help with this problem?
