In your article you mentioned that PowerHouse can be deployed on AS400.

I believe that Cognos has matured that version. i.e. it soon will not be 
supported.
Not mentioned is that PowerHouse can be deployed on a number of UNIX 
platforms
including HP-UX, AIX and SUN.
