<DIV></DIV>>We are going to shut down our HP 3000 next Friday,
<DIV></DIV>>April 16. We have reduced the use of the 3000 to
<DIV></DIV>>almost nothing so there isn't much left on it. I do
<DIV></DIV>>need to pull data from a few of the databases/files
<DIV></DIV>>that still have important data in them. Because the
<DIV></DIV>>users want to import the files into EXCEL, I am
<DIV></DIV>>exporting them into tilde-delimited files with the
<DIV></DIV>>first record containing the field names. Most of the
<DIV></DIV>>output files are narrower than the 254 record width
<DIV></DIV>>limit of QUIZ, but there are a few that exceed this
<DIV></DIV>>limit. How can I output a file that is wider than the
<DIV></DIV>>limit? QUIZ or QTP would work...we are on 8.19
