SFD Conversion Utility?

We are currently upgrading PowerHouse from 7.10G to 8.30D under OpenVMS.  Trying to convert subfiles from format 7 to format 8 using quick & dirty QTP is the best we got, but you have to properly convert all the indexes if there is any.  Is there a utility out there that can convert format 7 SFD into format 8 SFD directly?
 
We do have a utility GENSUB I developed that can unearth the SFD w/o execute the QTP or Quiz program in OpenVMS that has zero concern for HP PowerHouse developers.  Let me know if you like to get a copy of it.
