No.

Ask your customer for the source code to the entire system.  You may find
that a screen
whose source code has gone missing is stored under a different name or at
the bottom
of another source file.

Is there any tool which can  generate screen program in QDesign when the
layout of the screen 
is given as an input file(something similar to HTML code generation in
frontpage)?
If no tool is available then i would like to know if this kind of thing is
possible in powerhouse.
