My take on this, is given the way most shops are
coveted and protected by a few, one of you should
consider making application to this position and
slowly bring in your friends, to protect your
interests in your account. I know that many here are
already working in places like this and you see how
successful this is at survival. There aren't any
experienced directors, in IT anymore, so these types
of jobs will persist. My highest recommendation here
for survivors.
